Return & Exchange Policy

All products are made to order. For this reason, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons: incorrect size or color selection, or a change of preference after the purchase has been made. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing charts, and order information before checkout.

If a product is received damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing error, the customer must notify us within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. To qualify for a replacement or refund, the customer must provide photographic or video evidence clearly showing the issue. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, issue either:

  • A replacement of the original item at no cost, or
  • A refund to the original method of payment

Return of the item is not required unless otherwise requested by our support team for inspection purposes.

If a customer ordered an incorrect size, color, or otherwise made an error in their order, a refund will not be granted. However, as a courtesy, the customer may be eligible for a one-time discounted rate on a replacement purchase.
