What is print-on-demand?

Dee'z Karma Creations is a print-on-demand business in which each product is printed only when you, the customer, place an order, thus eliminating the need for a large inventory stock stored at warehouse locations.

Do we offer personalization?

On selected items, we do offer personalization of the product. We will provide you with a specification of the accepted file formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, SVG) and recommended dimensions needed for the file when uploading.

Do you have a physical location?

No, we currently do not have a physical location; our location is online to reach more people globally with our product.

How long does it take to process the order?

We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of order purchase.

Currently, all orders (excluding special or bulk orders) are shipped from New Jersey via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is fulfilled.

By default, our packages do not require a signature. If you would like your order to require a signature for delivery, please include your request in the “notes” section of the checkout page.
